Tech Service Central and TechServiceCentral.com provide diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs remotely via phone or chat systems. All remote support deals only with repairing issues which are repairable without purchasing any new or used software, hardware or equipment. Any repairs which are deemed to be beyond the scope of remote support are then recommended to the client to send their computer to one of our partners, Computer Upgrade King, LLC for repairs, upgrades or adjustments that may require new hardware or software of which then the client will deal directly with them. Customers would then be notified of all repairs which would accrue additional costs; in order for their computers to be repaired and returned to good working condition, prior to the work being done. The customer will have the option to approve or cancel the repairs prior to the work being done.
