Refund Policy

Putting the best people and systems in place is paramount at Tech Service Central ensuring customers are fully satisfied with our quality service. Regardless, sometimes issues arise even though we strive to achieve 100% satisfaction from our customers and as a result we realize we need to address their issues as best and as fast as possible. As a result, Tech Service Central has established the following refund policy in the rare occurrance a customer isn’t satisfied with our services or products.

If, in the rare instance where you may not be satisfied with our service, its requested you contact Tech Service Central’s support department and request a refund prior to filing a dispute/chargeback with either PayPal or your credit card company. This would ensure a swift and amicable resolution.

Requests for refunds may be submitted on the Tech Service Central website for any of the situations outlined below:

  • A 100% Refund if zero issues are resolved within the first 15 days under any monthly priced plan.
  • A 100% Refund if zero issues are resolved within first 7 days under any incident based plan.
  • A partial refund is given if only part of the problem was resolved; and then the refund amount is at Tech Service Central’s discretion.
  • Tech Service Central may consider other refund requests on a case by case basis; contingent on the merit of the situationa, issue or grievance.
